I grew up in Martinez, California, where sports quickly became more than just games—they became my foundation. From Varsity Basketball and Volleyball to years spent on the softball field, athletics taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of pushing past limits. Those lessons shaped who I am today, and they continue to fuel my passion for helping the next generation of young women and men find their strength.

As a Personal Trainer, my mission goes far beyond the gym. I believe that weight training and food knowledge are not just about building stronger bodies—they’re about unlocking confidence, sharpening focus, and giving our young athletes the tools to reach their full potential both on and off the court, field, pool deck, etc. My goal is to help young athletes capitalize on their natural abilities and turn hard work into lasting results, whether that means excelling in their sport, improving overall health, or simply stepping into their own power.

For me, Personal Training isn’t just a career—it’s my passion. I know firsthand the impact that guidance, encouragement, and weight training can have on a Young Athlete’s journey. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to being more than just a trainer; I strive to be a mentor, a motivator, and a resource for those chasing those college and beyond, dreams!
